The Life of a Glitch
Inside a small arcade, something amazing exists, a world where video game characters come to life and interact. Our story begins in one of these games, one that recently joined the family of arcade consoles. Its name is Sugar Rush, a go-kart racing game with numerous tantalizingly sweet character avatars to choose from. This tale however, doesn’t focus on an avatar. It focuses on a little “hiccup” inside the console. A glitch.
A small girl inside the world of Sugar Rush opens her eyes softly, the arcade was closed. Vanellope had surprised herself. She actually fell asleep during a race, an unusual thing for her to do, after alThe Life of a Glitch by ~gar2d2
Swizzle Buys Candy Wrappers(I'm normally heavily against sexualizing a children's movie, but when I saw that scene from "Love At First Hiccup", and thought of all the candy puns, Tobikomi and I could not pass that opportunity up. We always pictured Swizzle to be the crude ladies' man, so here he is. Don't drink anything while you're reading this. You'll spit it out, trust me.)

Swizzle Malarkey strode eagerly up toward Bearded Papa's outpost close to the smoldering factory in the distance, a smug, proud smile slid across his face. As he approached the window, he slammed down six coins, and crossed his arms.

It's Only Programmed - 3Turbo was on the ground, his body racked with glitching spasms. He heard the pixie's slippers on the floor and felt her pick him up. The ex-racer was too tired and disoriented to protest. The glitches stopped the moment the child's little fingers tenderly wrapped around his form. Incidentally, Turbo's pain went away too.

His eyes were closed, but he felt his body being rocked around rapidly, and almost dropped on several occasions. Of course, he was in the arms of a nine year old; someone much tinier than him and probably whom he could pick up with ease if he wanted to (and throw her into the volcano).

It's Only Programmed - 2"Thanks for getting me this far, Sour Bill," Vanellope told the small, gloomy candy at her side. "Maybe now that I know the code to get in, I can spruce up this land some more. How about to go with the Diet Cola Mountain we get a Hot Chocolate Spa going too? Huh? Huh? Wouldn't that be the coolest?"

Sour Bill's listless, tired looking eyes barely rolled up from where they were staring at the floor. "President Vanellope, you shouldn't mess too much with the codes. Do you even know what you're doing?"

The child hesitated, an uncertain and sheepish smile on her lips, along with a pink blush. "No. But hey, 'Turbo-Terrifying' did it, so I don't sIt's Only Programmed - 2 by ~Cryssy-miu
